How long will my order take to arrive?

Good things come to those who wait — and so does your chaos. Most orders are produced and shipped within 5-10 business days. We're a print-on-demand operation, which means your order is made especially for you. Worth it, we promise.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship across the EU and beyond. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but we'll always keep you updated with tracking info.

Can I return my order?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition. Because our products are printed on demand especially for you, we're unable to accept returns simply due to a change of heart — but if something arrives damaged or faulty, we'll sort it immediately. No drama (well, maybe a little).

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

Oh no — that's not the kind of chaos we're about. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the damage and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund. No questions asked (well, just the one — can you send a photo?).

What's the print quality like?

We take our chaos seriously. All products are printed using high-quality direct-to-garment or dye-sublimation printing, depending on the item. Colours are vibrant, graphics are sharp, and the results are gloriously unhinged.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay. Basically, if it's a legitimate way to pay, we're on board.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. All payments are processed securely through Shopify's encrypted checkout. We never store your card details. Your money is safe — unlike your shoes around our dogs.

How do I get in touch?

We'd love to hear from you — complaints, compliments, or just photos of your pets causing chaos. Reach us at hello@pawsomechaos.com and we'll get back to you within 1-2 business days.

Are your products pet-safe?

All our products are made for humans to enjoy — mugs, totes, blankets and apparel. While we love pets more than most, our items aren't designed to be chewed on (we're looking at you, Staffy). Please keep products out of reach of your furry chaos agents.

Can I order something custom or personalised?

We're working on it! Custom and personalised orders aren't available just yet, but watch this space — great things are coming. In the meantime, our existing range has plenty of personality to go around.

Are you an eco-friendly brand?

We do our best. Print-on-demand means we only produce what's ordered — no overstock, no waste. We're continuously working to improve our packaging and supplier choices. Chaos, but make it conscious.
